After visiting Bosnia and then skating Transalpina in Romania (previous episode), Billy Meiners, Dillon Stephens and Troy Grenier continued their Skate & Explore mission to Croatia.
Their first stop after spending many days on the road was Zagreb, where they visited the Extreme Board Shop. Welcomed with beer and garlic necklaces they soon after skated their local spots and enjoy a nice BBQ and beers where the most popular phrase was “Živjeli” meaning “Cheers”!
As their schedule was tight, they left Croatia and continued their trip towards Austria to enjoy the so called Downhill Skate Park. This sweet cross country ski track has a nice tight paved road through the forest, just the perfect warm up for the Cradle Skatepark in Brixlegg, Austria.
The final destination of their trip was Switzerland. They were welcomed by the Shaka Skate Shop crew and enjoyed a slide jam with the locals, signing T-shirts and making the youngsters super happy.
After spending 35 days on the road and visiting 12 countries, the guys said farewell to Europe with smiles on their faces and many roads crossed off their bucket list!
