Tim Del and Jimmy Riha did a sick run in the hills as seen in this epic edit released on Rad Train channel, but really what else could we expect from these skilled skaters? We absolutely loved it. The Rad Train lives up to its name.
Both are using RAD Advantage downhill longboard wheels in 78a duro and 74mm of stoke with a sharp lip for sharp turns. The wheels are using RAD’s special Crown Core, promising 10x more strength than normal cores to ensure that the core doesn’t deform under weight and to get you maximum roll speed and distance.
Another cool thing is that the wheel is separated into several distinct sections to eliminate any chatter or vibrations of the wheel. RAD also offers these wheels in an 80a duro version. You should also check out their Glide wheels, made for freeride or the Release model for a mix between the DH and freeride world. Jimmy Riha uses the Sector 9 Javelin downhill deck. A pretty sweet setup!
